Digital and Social Media Design 

With over 15 years of experience managing social media accounts, I served as Director of Marketing, overseeing the social media strategies for both Usborne Books & More (UBAM) and Close to My Heart. My responsibilities included graphic design, content creation, copywriting, editing, photography, and conducting photoshoots. I also led consumer engagement efforts, user-generated content initiatives, and analyzed social media metrics to optimize performance.

Under my leadership, UBAM achieved a Top 10 ranking in the Digital Momentum Index for social media/online presence in 2021, showcasing our impactful digital strategy and engagement. I have increased followers by over 75,000 on Instagram and Facebook.
