Led merchandise design and production for Usborne Books & More, overseeing concept development, sourcing, and execution of branded products. Supervised the Merchandising & Incentives Coordinator in procuring swag, promotional accessories, and incentive items aligned with brand and campaign goals.

As Marketing Director for Close to My Heart, collaborated with photographers and scrapbook specialists to develop styled layouts and product photography for promotional use across marketing channels.

Designed and developed hundreds of custom merchandise items across diverse categories—including tech gadgets, drinkware, apparel, office décor, beauty products, travel gear, and more. Products ranged from caps and scarves to custom bags, blankets, camping gear, and suitcases.
Many of these products were integrated into company-run e-commerce platforms or Consultant shops, supporting direct sales initiatives and driving engagement, loyalty, and brand visibility.
